When a full meal isn’t practical and you need a quick alternative, such as after training, during a trip, or at work, we recommend consuming one serving of Performance Protein.
If you have higher protein requirements, you may need two servings to meet your daily needs. The ideal ratio is considered to be 1g of protein per pound of body weight.
For example, a 140-pound individual could consume 140g of protein spread throughout the day, for optimal results in recovery, fat loss, and physique improvement. This can be achieved with 4 meals of 30g protein and one meal of 20g.
Consuming less than 20g of protein per meal has been shown to be less effective. Therefore, consuming at least 20g of protein per meal is recommended.
Dosage: Mix one scoop (1 Scoop = 30gr) with 250ml water or milk. Take 1-2 servings daily. On training days, consume one serving in the morning and one immediately post-workout. On non-training days, take one serving upon waking and one before bed.
