Your orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is completed and payment is confirmed. The estimated delivery time by ACS Courier is usually:
• 1-3 business days for major cities and urban areas. • 3-5 business days for more remote or inaccessible areas.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are fixed at €3 for all areas within Greece. For orders over €50, shipping is free. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you complete your order. You can see the exact amount before confirming your order in your shopping cart.
Tracking Capability
Once your order has been completed and the products have been shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number from ACS Courier. You can use this number to track your order via the ACS website or by calling the company's customer service department.
Pickup from the ACS Store
If you prefer to collect your order from an ACS branch, you can indicate this when placing your order. Once the parcel arrives at the store, you will be notified by SMS or email and you can collect it within 5 working days.
