At Nutriboost, we understand that there may be instances where a product doesn't meet your expectations or you simply change your mind. For this reason, we offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Right to Exchange

You have the right to request an exchange for a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The exchange can be for another product of your choice or for a coupon of equal value for a future purchase from our store.

2. Change Conditions

• Must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.
• Must be in its original packaging with all accompanying documents (proof of purchase, labels).
• Products related to personal hygiene or food items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

3. Change Process

• Contact our customer service department by phone or email, stating the reason for the exchange and your order details.
• Send the product back to us via our partner courier company, following the instructions we will provide.
• Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the conditions, we will proceed with the product exchange or issue a coupon, depending on your choice.

4. Shipping Costs

In case of a change due to a defect or an error on our part, shipping costs are fully covered by us. Otherwise, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Exceptions

Please note that products that have been opened or used, promotional products, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.
