At Nutriboost, we offer various payment methods, aiming for your convenience and security. Below you will find detailed information about the available payment options.
1. Payment by Debit or Credit Cards
You can complete your order using a debit, credit, or prepaid card, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners. After selecting card payment during checkout, you will need to enter your card details. The transaction is processed via a secure SSL connection, ensuring the protection of your sensitive data. Upon confirmation of the transaction by the bank, your order will be processed immediately. If your card supports 3D Secure, you will be asked for an additional confirmation code (OTP) that you will receive on your mobile phone.
2. Bank Transfer
You can choose to pay for your order via bank transfer. After completing your order, you will receive our bank account details. You can make the deposit via a bank branch, e-banking, or mobile banking. Please ensure you include your order number in the deposit reference so we can identify the transaction. After making the deposit, please send us the proof of payment to our email to confirm your payment. Your order will be processed once we receive the proof of payment or the deposit is confirmed by the bank. The deposit must be made within three business days of completing the order, otherwise the order will be canceled.
3. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order upon receipt, directly to the delivery person. Select Cash on Delivery during checkout, and when your order arrives, pay the exact amount to the courier. Cash on Delivery is only available for orders within Greece and incurs an additional cost (€1.50), which will also be displayed during checkout. Please note that couriers may not carry change, so it's advisable to have the exact amount.
